Service Fulfillment Policy

Service Delivery

Stealth Mode Media, LLC provides professional marketing services on a month-to-month basis. Upon engagement, clients will receive access to our marketing services as outlined in their specific service agreement. Service delivery begins on the first day of the billing cycle following successful payment processing.

Subscription Terms

All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis
No long-term contracts are required
Clients maintain full flexibility to adjust or terminate services with proper notice
Monthly billing occurs on the same day each month

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service subscription at any time
A minimum of 15 days notice is required for cancellation
Notice must be provided in writing via email to reed@stealthmode.so
Service and billing will continue through the end of the billing cycle in which the cancellation notice period ends
Access to services will be terminated at the end of the final billing cycle

Refund Policy

Stealth Mode Media, LLC does not provide refunds for marketing services rendered
All payments are non-refundable
Clients are responsible for payment of services through the end of their final billing cycle

Service Modifications

Clients may request modifications to their service package with 15 days notice
Service modifications will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
Modified services may result in pricing adjustments

Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for each monthly service period
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and ACH transfers
Failed payments must be resolved within 3 business days to avoid service interruption

Communication

All service-related communications will be conducted via email or other designated channels
Response to service-related inquiries will be provided within one business day
Critical updates or service changes will be communicated with a minimum of 15 days notice

We are committed to delivering professional marketing services as outlined in the service agreement
While we cannot guarantee specific results, we maintain transparent communication about service delivery and performance
Monthly performance reports will be provided to track service effectiveness
